Whats wrong with TEKKEN 6?

it was the worst Tekken...i am a HUGE Tekken fan...played the 3rd when i was 8 years old and since then bought all Tekken games and enjoyed it...but Tekken 6 was the first Tekken i sold after i platinumed it...didnt like the Story...where the hell is this Lars coming from?yeah and of course he got the Mishima blood in him...the Story-RPG for the poor-modus was bullshit...loading times even after the install was terrible...i dont even want to talk about the online modus...so you want to stick with the normal offline fight modus and level up your fighter...but oh after 1st Dan you cant get higher ranking or you play that stupid online modus again...the graphics...OMG...i thought this was Tekken 5...also a goddamn shame to release the console version 2 years after the arcarde version and then dont even add something new except the crappy online and horrible story modus...for a Tekken fan this was just a big Fail...got my hopes up for Tekken Tag Tournament 2...

but it's an Arcade Fighting Game you play it for the Vs fighting not th story and The Tekken 6 on Console is based on Tekken 6 Bloodline Rebellion from the Arcade and because it was based on NAMCO's System 357 wish is based on PS3 the Game is basically Arcade Perfect.     

Buy SuperSFIV and the BlazBlue games... skip the rest, they are a bloody joke compared to that trio. Street Fighter put me off 3D fighting games forever, though the shittifying of Tekken also contributed lots. Tekken 6 is devil vomit compared to Tekken 3, and not so good by itself. Everything about it disappointed me like no game has before.

Those are pretty much the only ones, as far as I'm concerned. Mortal Kombat is looking pretty sweet too, though.

Do you prefer 2D fighters or 3D fighters?

@hikaruchan  i gotta go with Makaveli for the most part. the thing is Tekken has always been know for its story and crazy visuals especially the ending movies. thats one of the things that separated it from the DOA and VFs. THey were Squaresoft quality CGIs and they were pretty good ones. The endings in 6 are the worst by far. In terms of gameplay your right. its still Tekken and there is nothing wrong with that the online is smooth, if your not stuck with someIone with a crappy connection. But the overall package is poor. the damn scenario mode sucks ass, which is a shame becaue the Devil Withing (Jin's mode) from 5 actually was a large step in the right direction. Scenario mode is almost unplayable, not fun and the worst is that Namco forces you to play it in order to unlock movies and endings, unless you want to fight in the offline mode for hours on end. I mean god damn Namco you suck at beat em ups, just give it up or hire someone who can do it right and stick to the fighting mechanics. or stick that crap on PSN/Live to get your rocks off. The graphics i think are not bad, but it is a damn shame that Soul Calibur 4 came out a whole year prior and has much better visuals and animation than Tekken 6, there from the same damn company for the love of all that is holy. 

OT anything thats not called King of Fighters, Dragon Ball z or Naruto( the first one sucked, dont know about the 2nd) should be fine
