Forums - Sony - GT5 Adjusted UP... PARTY

I must admit that it has sold quite a bit better than I expected. And that makes me truly happy for one of my all time favourite franchises!

Around the Network

Just for remember that's the GT5's THIRD ADJUSTMENT.

And now a better picture of the race:

Start

1. Black Ops (360)
2. MW2 (360)
3. Black Ops (PS3)
4. Halo: Reach
5. Halo 3
6. GTAIV (360)
7. MW2 (PS3)
8. GTAIV (PS3)
9. GT5

10th Lap

1. Black Ops (360)
2. MW2 (360)
3. Black Ops (PS3)
4. MW2 (PS3)
5. Halo: Reach
6. Halo 3
7. GT5
8. GTAIV (360)
9. GTAIV (PS3)

Seems like at 20th Lap GT5 will overcome Halo 3 and Reach.

This Gran Turismo will not sell nearly as well as the last three. If it is lucky, it will outsell Prologue. In America it will definately not sell as well. People are just tired of this genre. Music games anyone? I'm sure that it will sell better than the latest rendition of Guitar Hero, but how much more can you improve this genre?

jeuxvideo.com is the biggest gaming Mag of France, I think GT5 will be a big Flop. GT5 might be the biggest Flop of this Generation.

Come on, i know you got more then that.

Of course, but I'm taking it slow for now. The next ones may come from widely known/repsected posters!

Looking forward to that.

I'm of the opinion that GT5 is being opened to a newer audience.  I can't help to think that a fair portion of the PS3 userbase bought a PS3 for primarily Blu-ray playback.  Then the games came next with GT5 being one of them.  If this is the case (which I'm sure in part), nice way to expand your userbase.

Very much a PS2 (DVD) strategy, which obviously worked.

Are you mocking me?

man im always right with my Predictions...this shit will easily sell 10 million!

LEEEEEGGGGSSSS!!!

Nope, merely supporting your theory. You're at a party with CGI, I know how to get down with my bad self!
