The unemployed actor, 45, is suing Warner Bros. Television and Two and a Half Men creator Chuck Lorre for a whopping $100 million plus punitive damages, TMZ

Sheen, who made $1.2 million per episode of the CBS show, is demanding he be compensated for the 8 cancelled episodes from the current season -- and is also suing on behalf of the sitcom's crew.

His attorney Marty Singer slams Lorre for making Sheen "the scapegoat" in the ongoing war over the seriest. "[Lorre] believes himself to be so wealthy and powerful that he can unilaterally decide to take money away from the dedicated cast and crew ...in order to serve his own ego and self-interest," reads Singer's introduction to the filing.

Singer alleges that Lorre decided to cancel this season's remaining episodes prior to Sheen's very public criticism of him. The suit also says that Warner Bros. fired Sheen when he was "sick," which violates State and federal law.

So after this. What do you think of creator Chuck Lorre? Also your thoughts on Charlie and his allegations?

I believe that chuck lorre is downplaying his role in all of this. Trying to act like the nice guy and is really just another corperate douche.

I've got to say if I was Warner Bros I would have fired Sheen along time ago. Yes Two and a Half Men can't be done without him. But Sheen locking pornstars in hotel bathrooms allegedly assualting some and his wife. Binge drinking and using drugs. Fact of the matter his these life style choices are very bad for Warner Bros.

Look at Tiger Woods, after his little incident all his sponsors began pulling out in droves. They distanced themselves from him and that was considered perfectly legal.

To be honest Sheen went way to far before he was fired. Infact his interviews show he is an egotistical maniac. He was making demands on TV that Warner boost his pay to 3-4 million dollars or he would walk, he said that they would kiss his feet. Then he gets fired and calls the heads of Warner AA Nazi's. Look at how Michael Bay reacted to Megan Fox when she called him a Nazi. She got fired. Now sure this happened after he was fired but it is certainly grounds to never hire him again, or give him a free ride.

Now yes Chuck is probably a greedy man. But their were more then enough grounds to fire Sheen. Unless of course Sheen agreed to be seen by a psychiatrist and got diagnosed with Bipolar. But even then Warner can't reward this kind of behaviour.

I side with Warner on this one, Sheen is owed nothing but what was written in his contract. If he didn't finish the season because he acted like an A-hole and got fired then so be it, why should he recieve pay for work he never did unless its stipulated in his contract.

Don't get me wrong, I love Two and a Half men, I'm a fan of Charlie Sheen. But his actions reflect badly on Warner and I'd expect them to fire him under said circumstances!

just as long as he shows up at work and doesn't bring it in the work place. then I don't think there is a issue.

Yea he has a problem, a lof of people do. I think he's being demonized by the media. So he drinks and does drugs, you know how many people do the same but just hide it better, especially actors and stars.

He has his issues but if most people where put in the spot light you could paint a bad picture.

He didn't finish the season because he was fired, thats it. He will win hands down. SO if I get fired on a contract all the person has to do is say I'm a asshole.

He admitted he needed help. What more you need.

Well, he's just turning into more of a douchebag with each passing day in my eyes. Really disappointing publicity.

I believe that said show is better than 99% of shows on TV. It deserves all the attention it gets.

This guys has totally lost it. He became his character on the show. Wake up Charlie, you can't live like that for long in real life.

Man not in any of the interviews I saw. He said in one that if he was manic he was perfectly fine with it. He also said he didn't need help with his drug, sex or alcohol addictions, he said all he has to do is close his eye's and the addictions go away. He said he's a god.

That does not sound like a "I need help". I know many people have drug, sex and alcohol addicitions. But seriously most of those people get fired even from basic jobs. Heck I heard from a friend in the US that Target requires a urine test to get a job their. If your recuired to be sober at Target then you should definatly try your best to be drug free in a job where you serve the public and are under constant scrutiny.

If you get fired no they shouldn't be able to just say your an asshole. But if your high on drugs, drunk out of your brains and assualting porn stars locking them in hotel rooms and breaking the law. Then yes your employer has every right to fire you.

Television and sponsorships are all about image. If your actor makes your company look very bad and you keep employing him then your company looks worse and worse. Look at what happened to Lindsy Lowhan (Spelt wrong) she was partying tons and making her film companies look bad. She was getting busted and such. Well guess what she got fired and nobody wants to hire her now.

Its a fact celebrities that act like this shouldn't continue their jobs until they have gotten their lives on track. P.S any normal person who locks a pornstar in a bathroom , gets busted doing drugs or charged with assualt. They would likely see jail time, yet to my knowledge Charlie hasn't been sentenced to jail.

Fact is no employer should keep a guy on staff who violates the companies codes of conduct or embarrasses the company. Look at why so many druggies are on the streets. Thats just companies like Target but when your a company like Warner who survives off of people's attention its just wrong to keep someone like Sheen on staff.

They probably should pay Sheen (and the remaining cast) what he would have earned in those final 8 episodes, but $100 million is just retarded. No way he wins $100 million on behalf of himself and the cast.
