Yea he has a problem, a lof of people do. I think he's being demonized by the media. So he drinks and does drugs, you know how many people do the same but just hide it better, especially actors and stars. He has his issues but if most people where put in the spot light you could paint a bad picture. He didn't finish the season because he was fired, thats it. He will win hands down. SO if I get fired on a contract all the person has to do is say I'm a asshole. He admitted he needed help. What more you need. |
Man not in any of the interviews I saw. He said in one that if he was manic he was perfectly fine with it. He also said he didn't need help with his drug, sex or alcohol addictions, he said all he has to do is close his eye's and the addictions go away. He said he's a god.
That does not sound like a "I need help". I know many people have drug, sex and alcohol addicitions. But seriously most of those people get fired even from basic jobs. Heck I heard from a friend in the US that Target requires a urine test to get a job their. If your recuired to be sober at Target then you should definatly try your best to be drug free in a job where you serve the public and are under constant scrutiny.
If you get fired no they shouldn't be able to just say your an asshole. But if your high on drugs, drunk out of your brains and assualting porn stars locking them in hotel rooms and breaking the law. Then yes your employer has every right to fire you.
Television and sponsorships are all about image. If your actor makes your company look very bad and you keep employing him then your company looks worse and worse. Look at what happened to Lindsy Lowhan (Spelt wrong) she was partying tons and making her film companies look bad. She was getting busted and such. Well guess what she got fired and nobody wants to hire her now.
Its a fact celebrities that act like this shouldn't continue their jobs until they have gotten their lives on track. P.S any normal person who locks a pornstar in a bathroom , gets busted doing drugs or charged with assualt. They would likely see jail time, yet to my knowledge Charlie hasn't been sentenced to jail.
Fact is no employer should keep a guy on staff who violates the companies codes of conduct or embarrasses the company. Look at why so many druggies are on the streets. Thats just companies like Target but when your a company like Warner who survives off of people's attention its just wrong to keep someone like Sheen on staff.
