these arent his numbers there real gameinformer said >54% of xbox owner got RROD

comparred to 10.3% for ps3.

As if its at 54.2 percent rate. That is bollocks. Those sources imo is not enough, Ms would get into serious shit for that.

not defensive, just saying if they were going to put a ps3 joke into the game, they should do one that was/is relevant.

nearly every ps3 owner would get the $599 US dollar joke, not to many would get the ylod one, not even me (unless of course i was informed of it ahead of time)

read my response to the other guy that jumped in your defense, which btw it is kinda getting annoying when weight of numbers gets you further than the actually facts.

If Bulletstorm released sometime other than a big PS3 exclusive, the story would be completely different. It's not a matter of how it would've been better for it to be 360 exclusive, but rather it was poor marketing management on behalf of Epic.

I don't think he was getting defensive.  Besides which would gamers get more?  A joke about a problem that occurred to more than 30-40% of early 360 adopters and was HIGHLY publicised, or something that happened to ~ 8-10% of early PS3 adopters and really only had one or 2 major stories about it?  I'm going to go with the first one.  His suggestion of making a joke about the $599 price tag is valid, though, as that was a big topic of ridicule when the PS3 first hit the scene.

You know what I am not having this conversation, too many ps3 fans will come and support your point of view. Even if I bring a valid point of view it will be slammed.

Thus exiting now. I was simply putting a joke up, anytime anything even jokingly is negative about ps3 and positive for 360 or in this case negative for both Osamaobama chimes in and that seems to occur quite frequently to the point of annoyance.

And 30-40 percent bring stats up for that, and 2 major stories, I could find 10 with a simple search... come on man dont down play something that happened with about 8-10percent of consoles (your own percentage)

You know what don't bother, I am over these conversations

lol, the irony, your the one that is completely ignoring facts.

you cant just act like rrod wasnt that big and ylod was almost as significant. it wasnt/isnt and thats fact

A company would face serious legal action if at any of the time 54.2 percent of the consoles got afflicted with a known problem this is pretty much a certainty. There were clearly guidelines where 54.2 percent of consoles, was it the first 1000 released before they realised they had the problem.

Fact: it is not 54.2 percent of consoles, so what is the percentage of.

you have a source form that, its funny how you just ignore things and say they arent true if what they say isnt to your liking

The best business decision is multiplat.  It costs Epic nothing to release it on the PS3.  Even if it sells poorly relatively to the 360 version, that's still extra millions in their pocket without them doing any real work.
