There's this one girl in my class that I haven't even had an actual conversation with yet. >_>
I blame the fact that she meets up with some guy immediately after class, every class. He's totally friendzone'd, but still.

Yeah I totally know what you mean. That's what's prevented me from asking the girl I like out yet. The last 2 times I've seen her after class she's been hanging out with another guy (just friends by the look of it, but still makes it tough)
Your first mistake is that you waited too long until you're too-much-in-love. You'll most likely come off as needy from her point of view and girls don't like needy men (and/or boys).
As mentioned by posts above, just go and ask her out. The worse you can get is a "no".
If you end up going to a movie with her, make sure it's a horror or thriller movie. Something that makes her heart race. Roller coasters or something like that works, too.
