Forums - Sony - Killzone 3 Ending. SPOILERS!!!!

There are some people saying that it can't be Visari because when the mysterious man stepped out of the vault they addressed him as "Sir."

Well at the end of the opening cinematic they addressed Visari as "Sir" when they told him the ISA was there.

Well yeah, but I mean you wouldn't address the High Emperor of the Planet, "Visari." And something like "My lord" or "Emperor Visari" just seems a bit too long, or a bit too formal to just say one little statement like "The ISA are here."

For me, there are two things that are EXTREMELY confusing:

- Why did the daughter pull her hand away?

- Why did Radec shoot the Helghan Soldier?

And after reading this thread;

- Why would Radec sacrifice his life to protect a double?

 - Were they [Radec and Visari] both doubles in KZ2? [It's possible... Who would leave Visari's palace SO heavily unguarded with only a few troops and Radec and his forces? Then again, I wouldn't leave an entire army to defend the White House during an American Invasion, so... hmm. Really gets down to an argument - counter - argument - counter discussion with yourself once you get down to it.]

The shadow that is seen on the soldiers body looks like Stabl unless visari got shorter and grew hair. Also, those were Stahls soldiers.

I wouldn't rule out that Visari is dead since a lot of interesting facts already mentioned point to that.

I don't think Stahl survived that blast but it is probably him. I would just about shit a brick if it was Visari (which it isn't).

I do however think it is Gen. Gregor Hakha.

What really blows is that we have to wait a really long time to figure it out since GGs next game is a new IP.

It could be Visari if you stop to think about it.

Visari enters the building, his daughter takes his hand and then backs away in what looks to be disgust.

Why is that? Maybe it isn't Visari at all. Could have been a double the entire time. Many leaders were known to do things like that.

Stahl and Radec are outside and they shoot the lone Helghan Soldier.

Why is that? Maybe to cover up the fact that a double was inside the building.

The soldiers inform Visari that the ISA arrived and he had to leave. We see a ship leave.

I really think Rico killed a double and that Visari is going to return.

One more: When you look carefully in Killzone 2, the Visari holding the speech in the opening Video, and the Visari getting killed at the end have different colored eyes

“It appeared that there had even been demonstrations to thank Big Brother for raising the chocolate ration to twenty grams a week. And only yesterday, he reflected, it had been announced that the ration was to be reduced to twenty grams a week. Was it possible that they could swallow that, after only twenty-four hours? Yes, they swallowed it.”

I'm thinking they killed a double and its Visari as well.  At least that would be badass and makes sense given the opening cut scene of the game.

Though to be honest the story telling in that game really fell completly flat on its face during the last 1/3 of the campaign so who knows.  The middle was SOOOOO good too but man the end was done choppy and felt really rushed.

To be honest, I'm thinking its Narville. I have some odd ass feeling its him lol. He's MIA at the end, and is iffy as fuck concerning taking down the Helghast during both games, I have a feeling he's been playing a little ol double agent the entire time. Honestly I think Narville coming out to be the new enemy would throw almost everyone for a twist haha.

I hope it's Rico, so he can be the next enemy and we can kill him :).

May the adjustments be with you

I feel a disturbance in the sales

Its probably Stahl. Just look at the shadow on the troops when they say: Welcome home sir. It's Stahls hair, maybe his father? Could be Visari... TOO i guess :p.

Meh, lets leave the speculations and wait for KZ4.

I could mybe see Visari being alive but Radec shot himself in the head. He isn't alive. Lol.

But what if that guy wasn't radec? What if it was his double, don't understand why Visari would leave without some protection.

Your thinking too much- Visari wanted to crush the ISA, and he wasn't about to let something like the possibility of death get in the way.

That is true, but Visari isn't real. The developers would throw Visari back in the game to make it more interesting.

it would make sense, I noticed how the big guy with the scare ignored stahl when he asked "what about that tank group on the right?" but I thought he was in the ship with Sev?
