You just don't need to advertise that kind of word-of-mouth blockbuster power. 

I know i mentioned this in another thread, but even though the 360 has the extra content, I'll be picking up the PS3 version of the game. It's familiar to me on the PS family consoles and I prefer quite a few things over the 360. Also, how well will they advertise that content and how long after launch will they release it? If it's more then a few months, it won't make a lick of difference. The GTA series has been a very long and time sucking game, and I really don't see a desire to pick up the 360 version and pay more for some special content that I may not even play because the game already sucked 100+ hours out of me with it's standard content.

I consider myself a hardcore gamer, but I really don't have an interest in picking up the 360 version.

I honestly can not seeing it making a dent in sales figures - Considering the amount of people that know about it, then the amount of people that actually care, then the amount of people that own both consoles in the first place - I just can't see a big impact.
