i will get one at some stage when the price is cheaper and it comes with an few games and the collection of games are larger with cheaper games to buy as well. So an year down the line. 

I should also learn japanese because if buying such expensive device at least with the NGP there will most likley be an constant supply of Japanese games like the PSP in the future.

When is 3DS coming out btw? And NGP Is supposed to come out this year in Japan and next year in Europe etc, right?

3DS comes out next month but good luck getting one until june min

at least point neither is on my to be purchased list however NGP is much higher up my to be considered list

Altough we don't know the price yet, I'm going to get NGP. The features they showed  are awesome, NGP will be great. Of course, if it's way too expensive I'll have to wait for the price get lower.

3DS comes out next week in Japan. ;-p

Anyway, I want and I'm getting a 3DS next week on launch day in Japan. I pre-ordered mine the first day pre-orders were available in Japan (and they sold out of all pre-orders on that day!).

I don't want an NGP and I have no plans to get one. I'd probably be more interested in getting a new smartphone by then over getting the NGP.

edit: Oh and it's probably a little harder to predict who "will be getting" the NGP as the price is still unknown. Once that's revealed by Sony then the prospects will increase/decrease most likely.
