This is the opposite of when the DS first laucnhed as well as the Wii which probably indicates that some devs don't want to get caught off guard this time round but he's right tbh rather then try to make a good game some devs would rather get their excuses ib early.

It's true though. Just look at Scamco, porting shitty games just to cash in on the launch window. Ubisoft are already starting with the shovelware so early on the 3DS's life.
