Forums - General - Radiohead released a new album

King of Limbs, released with very little fanfare.

Here's the lead single.

Ahh I didn't really like that much, not my sort of thing methinks. I've only heard one Radiohead song(Gasp), Creep, and I liked it berry much. But I thought the Muse cover of it was just as good. Don't know why I never really listened to Radiohead despite being aware of them for more than half a decade now.

Disconnect and self destruct, one bullet a time.

Hm, definitely wouldn't want to learn dancing from Thom Yorke.

I like their newer stuff well enough, but frankly can't actively listen to it the way I did with the 2nd and 3rd album especially. Kid A and later just makes nice background music for me.

I still like Radiohead but the days of Creep, Fake Plastic Trees, and Karma Police are definitely over.

Creep really doesn't belong with the following two.

Personally I think I'd pick both Kid A and The Bends over OK Computer, with Amnesiac being up there with it as well.

I like Creep for very different reasons than the other two but it's still a great song, it's just overplayed.

On my personal Radiohead playlist, though, it's well behind Fake Plastic Trees and Karma Police.
