I was like this with my friend Camille who I met on my first online game, which was Final Fantasy XI. She also met a guy on there and decided to date him instead of me because she was interested in 'the bady guy' type. She knew that I really liked her and everything, and that I had feelings for her, it's just that she didn't feel the same way about me. But, with the guy she met on there...I knew that dumfuck before she did, and he was a HORRIBLE person. She didn't believe me on how horrible he was. He did lots of mean things to other players on the online game and fought with everyone on the Linkshell (community group). Then something horrible happened...she flew down to visit him...

During the second week of visiting her, he snuck downstairs into the guest room and raped her. She hid this from me because she didn't want to tell me that he took her viriginity away from her. Until she started to break up with him, she finally told me. I literally vomitted in front of her on my webcam and she was crying so hard on hers when we were chatting online. Her father was also FURIOUS at him when Camille told her father what he did to her. About a year and a half ago, she tries to start talking to him and asks him why he did what he did. I got angry at her and told her, "You'd really think he would give you a clear answer about that, Camille? He has NO HEART. He deserves all the hell God has given him!!" (his father committed suicide a few months before she broke up with him, and he killed himself in front of his whole family) Then that sick bastard (Camille's ex) thinks that Camille wants him back in her life and starts getting all lovey-dovey on her. I told her to block him and she did.

In the end, my friend Camille said she was EXTREMELY sorry that she didn't listen to me about him at first. I know how you feel, GodOfWar. Girls don't give us nice guys a chance a lot of the time until they realize when they are endangered by a guy they chose over us.

That seems like what it is at first glance.

But, IMO, it's the "nice guy" that gives that impression that you're the fallback guy. Why should she try it out with you first if she could try it out with someone else that she only had one chance? If that doesn't work, she could always come back to you.

The point is that, you have to let her know you are not cool with being the second choice. Take it or beat it.

True, the best thing to do is to act like a door mar and when the once-in-a-lifetime douche dumps her, just balantly ignore her, and stop being mr. nice guy. She'll be all alone and miserable, and you'll win. That should teach her.

There's a chance that she will turn a blind eye or you get to enjoy the 3somes.
