Killzone 3 PS3 Bundle Hits US Retailers on Feb. 22nd
Earlier this month, a Killzone 3 PS3 bundle was revealed for Europe that packed in a Jungle Green Dualshock 3 controller, a copy of the game and of course, a PS3. Nothing has been announced for the US, but Killzone 3 bundles are already arriving at retailers in preparation for February 22nd’s Helghast invasion.
Our tipster sent us some snapshots of a Killzone 3 160GB PS3 bundle sitting in a stock room at a local K-Mart. But after a little bit of digging, we’ve discovered a listing for the bundle on Amazon.com.
The Killzone 3 PS3 bundle features a 160GB PS3 and a copy of Killzone 3 for $299.99. The only difference between this and Europe’s bundle, is that this comes with a standard Dualshock 3 controller rather than a Jungle Green controller.
The bundle comes in a box adorned with Killzone 3 art and the rear of the box suggests gamers pick up the PlayStation Move Sharp Shooter for the “Ultimate Experience”.
Unfortunately, this bundle doesn’t come with the $50 credit for purchasing a PS3 on Amazon. But the added copy of Killzone 3 is a better value if you plan on buying the game anyway.
