Oh yea... I punched plenty of things in anger.. I want to try and get away from that since anger = stress.. etc...  Usually after you punch something it really hurts.. especially if it is solid mass...  Anyways, I will try to control my anger in future.  Stress isn't worth dying over....

Seems like I've been cutting myself while shaving a lot lately.  Never to severe however I have nicked a mole on back of neck before and those bleed like crazy sometimes.  Sometimes the worse cuts don't even look to bad to a person but you have that razor type burn that you feel all day.  It sucks.....  I need to shave more often since it seems when I just shave every week or so it is harder on the longer hairs.
