I doubt many would do it. Not only is the download size Huge but they have to have an hacked ps3 to run it. 

Not a big deal.

If I was someone who was a huge fan of killzone, and had hacked ps3. I would download 40gb without resentment. In the end, the costs of going 40gb over my limit (some might have unlimited or enough within their limit), is still less than buying the game.

On private tracker (must leet people use this! :P). It takes about 15 minutes to download 1gb. 1 hour is 4gbs, and 10 hours is 40gb!. Even if I don't get that fast speed (not everytime are you destined to get awesome speed, infact it isn't that common to only get half that or quarter of it T_T). It would take at about 20-40 hours to download this on 25/7 connection.

Edit: Now I know we North Americans generally do have crappy average of like almost 10/1, but Europeans have amazing connections on average, and they cane easily blow away my numbers. 

I'd laugh if Sony put it up there with a virus that bricks ps3 of anyone who tries to run it
