i cant exactly go back in time and check how many unread posts there were, i saw it as i clicked the thread in my sidebar. I know i haven't kept up all that well, but i've not been purposefully lurking or anything so maybe it wasnt 192. I've just been busy, but doing my best to follow. And I don't lurk in games cos thats a) stupid, b) i like to play and participate (really) and c) its suspicious. whether i was mafia or not, i wouldnt want to draw negative attention to myself by lurking.

and yes OTOH means on the other hand.

EDIT: to clarify, I think you've been trying to make it look like you're participating and keeping up by putting the blame on others, which doesn't necessarily make you scum, but is a common scum lurking tactic. I understand that an explanation might be that you feel bad about not being here, but it's still no excuse.

not trying to MAKE IT LOOK LIKE anything, i dont need to make it look the way it is. i've been participating as much as i can. not my fault im hours ahead of most people on this site (havent checked ALL individual profiles, but you, ABC and noname all live in the states. its past midnight here already. (not meaning to bitch, sorry)

Someone, not sure who, said I'd acted "calmly" when discussing/voting. I'd like to know how thinking rationally and not losing the rag is suspicious? i'm not usually one for drama  :/

ABC: "The second, sort of. I wantedto see prof post along with heph but that time I just wanted to see all the players start conversing and prof and tangent were the only ones not. I would have mentioned Tangent but he said he was gone and would come back yesterday...where the hell is tanget anyways"

This is what jumped out at me immediately. If he had said something like "prof has voted already while trangent didn't" then I could've understood why he only mentioned prof. Whether ABC is scum or not, I did not think you would be fooled by such a statement.

There are more posts I'd like to get to, but it's time to enjoy the "holiday." For all intents and purposes I am voting for ABC. I'm interested in where the current dialogues are going though, so I'm going to wait until I return to make it official if it will even be needed.

yaknow wonk, it was a little bit of everything. Go back and read my posts. I said, how can you be familiar with vgc mafia games and not be familiar with how to read vote totals.

He also said that he had read me playing on here, yet then he said the only game he read was DBZ, which I hadn't played in, and which had vote totals showing unvotes.

Now, ABC, I don't want you to respond to this. Just ignore it. 

Wonk, I've attacked ABC from every different angle, and covered just about everything there is to cover, so if you want to be one of those people saying, "prof is harping on the same subject" be my guest. It's not the same subject, it's different sides of the same coin/dice, and I'm just going to ignore it from now on. 

I'm not convinced.  I'd be delighted to give you a more in-depth answer to why these reasons are either incorrect or merely superfluous after the game, but for now suffice it to say that you can accomplish all of these goals just as easily by throwing out your own observations and questions, i.e. by being a townie.

Does ABC's messing up of time however make you think that he meant he wanted profs opinion like it was worded? Or do you think that he was wanting profs opinions on other players? 

I'm thinking he wanted to form an opinion of prof and other players who hadn't played.  If you are in agreement there then I bought nothing you didn't

You are right about his explanation for not mentioning trangent doesn't make sence.  However another simple answer could do. Trangent hadn't posted yet and since I doubt ABC looked back to the list of players to make a list of people he went with one person he had seen post a few at the beginning but then nothing more. 

Now I'm not sure of the timing of me asking him these things however iirc (and please correct me if I'm wrong) it was after at least prof if not you as well were talking of ignoring ABC.  Since I got enough of an explanation to satisfy me I let it go.  Now with him talking in a more clear manner I do feel like going back and having him clarify things.

Well after the game then. Personally I don't see running my idea that different than making an observation or making a question.  Since my idea was based on observations and pretty much I was asking the question to everyone what are your thoughts on this?
