This is where it gets difficult, for sure.

Not really, it's actually a pretty straightforward logic puzzle, IMO.
First, I'd like Truck to confirm, here and/or on the first page that ABC was scum, as the flavor indicates.
Second, we decide if we believe trash is the cop. No one has counterclaimed; neither you nor I was online yesterday, but I'm willing to state now that I am not the cop, and you haven't jumped to do so yet, so there is no counterclaim. It appears ABC was scum, as trash claimed yesterday. There are three possibilities: she really is the cop, she's scum who claimed cop and sacrificed a scumbuddy, or she's a townie who false-claimed to save herself from the threat of a lynch. We can remove the second two possibilities, since Linkz has claimed Miller, a role which is pointless without a cop.
Unless they're in cahoots, and there are therefore four scum in a eleven-player game, she is the cop after all. Since three scum is already pushing it in a vanilla game (which we seem to have) of this size, I'm confident there are not four scum.
Finally, there are five players remaining: you, me, trash, prof, and linkz. Trash is clear. She has also cleared prof, which is why I'm willing to abandon my crusade against him (this is doubly true since he's admitted that the gambit was, in fact, stupid, and please keep your word about learning your lesson prof00). I know I'm not scum, although you're free to decide on that yourself. Trash presumably investigated someone else as well, which hopefully wasn't heph. In any case, for me, that leaves you and Linkz.
I question how likely it is that a game which apparently only has two pro-town power roles would have more than the recommended proportion of scum-to-town (3:1) AND a Miller. That's a deck that's rather stacked too heavily against the town for me to think Truck formed such a game. Linkz has claimed Miller, and at what struck me as an odd time to do so. Additionally, he also opposed my attempt to get ABC to roleclaim day one, something which I hope we can all now agree we should have done when I pushed for it. Furthermore, heph was the most vocal skeptic about the Miller claim, and now he is dead.
You've been your usual self this game, which is to say that you've mostly stayed out of the limelight when possible and that you've lied to make yourself look better. Normally the latter would damn you in my eyes, but as far as I can tell that's just you being you so, like I did in our first game together, I'm going to go with my gut on you, which says you're not scum. For the record though, that's not a good reputation to have, and I really hope you strive more to improve your game.
So, for me, I'm fairly confident that the last scum is Linkz. I admit to being surprised that trash is still alive, but then again it makes a certain sense if Linkz is the last scum, since he's already established that he's going to scan Guilty, so why not pick off others in the meantime? Moreover, trash is in fact the cop, unless more than a third of the players are scum. Ergo
