I'm sure they remade SotN for the PSP, or was that just a port?

a remake of Twilight Princess would be awesome.

Tbh, i think FF7 was a phenominal game when it came out, but i think its time to let the game rest as a classic. i think if it was remade, there would be so many complaints and things said by fans that the game would never end up being perfect, and i think ultimately it would not sell 10mil copies.

so from both a buisness and nostalgic point of view it would be doomed to live in the shadow of its predecesor. besides the point of an RPG is the story unfolding as you progress, this would be an abosolute waste on FF7 because everyone knows what happens, you would'nt be playing it as a completely new experience, you'd just be playing it for updated graphics. and this is just not a good idea of moving the series foward imo.

personally i'm not too high on remakes, but i do like the idea of revivals/reboots, by using the same IP and doing something new, but notalgic at the same time.

personally, i would love to see a sequel to the RPGThe Legend of Dragoon, which was a sleeper hit back on the PS1.

Dino Crisis and Syphon Filter remakes would be awesome.

Its more or less a port(kindof a mixture of the PSX and Saturn versions). Tbh, im not really sure what a remake can add to the game apart from better looks, but id love to be surprised.

But the one remake i would absolutely love is a '3DS'uper Metroid. With the right people on it, it could be all kinds of awesome

If they remake Final Fantasy 6, 7 and 8, they would satisfy about 99% of longtime FF fans. It won't happen though =(

I just want 6 and 7 myself. I haven't bought an SE game in a while, but I'd get those day 1.

Gears of War is this gen and are already in HD and have all the benefits of a current gen console.

However a Halo: Combat Evolved remake is happening this year.
