I don't think remakes happen often enough. I'm not talking about the games that just have an HD upgrade,I'm talking about a full-fledged graphical overhaul and moving stuff around here and there. Give me an example of such a game. I can only think of a few, such as Tomb raider:anniversay ,the Metal Gear Solid remake and the orginal resident evil remake. So Why don't more classic games get the complete remake overhaul treatment? Why don't more game companies follow this trend? I've been wanting a GTA: vice city remake for year's. If they did the remake right you could have the old fans and bring in new fans to the game. It could'nt just be a graphical overhaul, you would also have to add gameplay and some new elements to a remake to keep it fresh. Hollywood remakes everything to death,so why does'nt the gaming industry? Keep in mind that I'm talking about games and not gameplay. I also don't play alot of rpg's,so there might be more remade games out there that I'm not aware of. So what game, would you want to see remade? Do you even care? You would think this would be easy money for game companies,am I wrong in my asumptions?
