Saturday Evenin'. After a busier day, youre in town, chillin' between the games, looking if i find some nice deals.

When i stopped at the last Copy of Atelier Rorona (49,99 wtf.. luckilly, ive ordered it for the half some days ago), i've noticed  2 Guys were talking about the Call of Duty Franchise. They came closer, and to be honest, i was interrested in what they had to say to each other. They've stopped next to me, one of them was picking up BlazBlue: Continuum Shift but put it back with the Words 'I wonder which perverted person would buy this'.

i couldnt believe he just said that. after some seconds of getting back my breath i've replied with 'i actually did, nice game, brilliant fighting system, and except some painted, well proportioned Boobs, like you get in every game nowadays, theres nothing sexually themed in it.' 

He was pretty quiet for some seconds, but then he replied with something like 'Looks like a game for pedophiles to me, but nevermind, lets go XX.'

He went off, i quickly grabbed a COD:Black Ops and yell'd out 'Oh Crap, i wonder which kind of terrorist would actually play this?'

...but he didnt reply.

Srsly i was like 'WTF' after this. did anything like this ever happen to you? Am i false in my head for actually not thinking BB is for pedophiles 0o?

I dont care if its about games, politics, or whatever. But some are just.. dumb. :<

Hehe... the only time I start discussion in stores is when parents buy there 12 year olds games like CoD... I tell them that there are games their kids would enjoy even if they don't kill people in it. Most parents even reconsider buying the game, because they just did not know that the main theme of the game was killing...

Sadly I was visiting my cousin lately, and her son played super scribblenauts... only interessted in killing people... i then tried to show him other things to do with his game... and stangly enough he had more fun diging holes then killing people... I was quite satisfied...

Also I know how you must have felt in that store, I feel like that sometimes too, but I never started a discussion with people disliking good games. ;P

First of all, in the context that it's usually used, pervert has never struck me as much of an insult.

Secondly, uneducated people are quick to react to anything Anime this way as that is the stigma attached to it. Don't let the closed-minded get ya down.
