Hehe... the only time I start discussion in stores is when parents buy there 12 year olds games like CoD... I tell them that there are games their kids would enjoy even if they don't kill people in it. Most parents even reconsider buying the game, because they just did not know that the main theme of the game was killing...
Sadly I was visiting my cousin lately, and her son played super scribblenauts... only interessted in killing people... i then tried to show him other things to do with his game... and stangly enough he had more fun diging holes then killing people... I was quite satisfied...
Also I know how you must have felt in that store, I feel like that sometimes too, but I never started a discussion with people disliking good games. ;P
