Pink Castle Crashers Character To Benefit Breast Cancer Research

Written Friday, February 04, 2011 by Richard Walker

Castle Crashers is getting a new addition on the PlayStation Network, in the form of one of the most requested characters. The Pink Knight is making its merry way to the PSN version of Castle Crashers by popular demand, and downloading the character will mean supporting a good cause.

Purchase the Pink Knight - which comes with four additional weapons - for Castle Crashers on February 8th for $1.99 and 100% of the proceeds will go directly to charities dedicated to Breast Cancer Research.

The Pink Knight wields a lollipop and has magic "full of Love and Rainbows." What's not to like? Take the fight to Castle Crasher's mean barbarians when the Pink Knight hits PSN on February 8th. Take a look at the Pink Knight in action in the screens below.

When I readed the title I thought that by playing with the pink character, the PS3 would be running something similar to Folding@Home.

lol.

It probably toke them (all 3 of them) 8 months of man work to finish this

....no seriously they need to add more people to their team, so they can release their other game.

360 version coming as well, perhaps?

Pixel Art can be fun.

That's a good thought.

And yes, it's true, this offer is PSN-only for now – with a February 8 release date – but it's not because XBLA owners hate women (ignore this); The Behemoth is "working hard on a title update for XBLA that will feature the Pink Knight as a playable character as well."

Well danm if they put this character out a year ago on live I would totally represent the I love boobies movement.

If buying a downloadable character with a pink outfit that shoots rainbows doesn't support gay marriage, I don't know what will.

WHAT!?  BREAST CANCER?
