They should push this out early (not incomplete game) and make a presence. Their chance to get their name known.

Anybody realize in the whole interview not once does he say the title is The Conduit? He says a title like the Conduit using the engine is being made. He also says he's approaching Sega with it so it could very well be The Conduit but I didn't read anywhere in that interview that the title indeed was from the Conduit franchise?

Now the interview might be out of context maybe the interviewer and the interviewy had a prior conversation. But nowhere in that interview did I read, we are working on a Conduit game for the 3DS. It could be a Grinder portable for the launch on Halloween for all we know.

It could even be an entirely new IP, Conduit hasn't shifted over 500K, so who says HVS or Sega will be anxious to release another Conduit game on the 3DS, especially since they haven't seen how Conduit 2 will do!

If they manage to release it by the end of the year then it would have its time to shine on the system and also many additional years to keep selling. I hope it works for them.

@Joelcool7 It was hinted elsewhere on a video interview by Destructoid that this is indeed a Conduit game. You can find the clip on gonintendo if you like...

Looks like 3DS will rather deal big blow to already weak Wii library then invigorate it as some people predicted.

I hope they are making a ll new conduit game rather than a port of the first 2 games,  a FPS in 3D should good, a gun stickng out of the screen with enemies bullets ocming out of the screen could prove madness.

@Zledji  I dont know why people thought that, its pretty clear that 3rd parties rather deal with 3DS than Wii, hell they were giving better support to DS. The days of reinvigorating the library are long past gone, unless Ninty decides to bring some Japan only games worldwide but im not holding my breath

Their Quantum 3 engine is actually quite good in the graphics department.  Does a lot of things the HD consoles do that practically no other Wii developer has been seen to do (Nintendo aside).

I'm pretty certain that they will push the 3DS graphically as much as any other developer will.
