Off topic, but I didn't wanna make a new thread for this, but I just finished Samara's loyalty mission, but she's not loyal to me... got the trophy and everything.  Is her situation the same as Miranda and Jack's?

Depends on how you handle the situation. If she isn't loyal then you did something wrong. Try again the next time around to win her over, because she's very useful.

Actually after further inspection it appears she is loyal, her ability just didn't unlock...  It says she isn't loyal to me for her ability, but at the character select screen it says she is, plus I can change her outfit.

Oh ok. Cool then.

Not cool, I think the game glitched on me and her loyalty ability is locked away, I can't use her later on in the game now.

REALLY bad, because Area Reave is THE AWESOME!!!

It was my extra ability during my Insanity Vanguard playthrough.  Went defensive for a while but came back to it because it was more effective.

Every time I talk this game I want to play it again.  Just gets deeper and deeper, better and better.

I'm still on my first playthrough, when I start up a new game are these extra abilities openned up?  Or are they locked away?

if you use the same shepard he should be on the same level you left off with.
