I love playing online and am totally enjoying CoD:BO.

It sucks though that the HD consoles have this with online co-op.  Is there any shooter on the Wii with online co-op available.  Like Mario Kart let's you and someone with you play online.  That's what I'm refering to for a Wii title.  Is there one out there that's a shooter?  Thanks for the input from my fellow Wii fans.

Online co-op.

Their are no games to my knowledge on Wii with online co-op campaign. Co-op as in playing on teams however is in many shooters as far as I know. Conduit had team based multiplayer if I recall correctly I'm sure CoD:Reflex also has it. But online co-op campaign is non existant to my knowledge.

AmI misunderstanding you,to my knowledge Black Ops doesn't have online co-op campaign either. Unless your refering to Zombies etc...etc...

I don't know of many if any other Wii games which allow you to play online co-op campaign. Though I believe The Grinder will have co-op whether it is online or not I don't know. Grinder comes out later this year!

Grinder I think was to have online co-op.  Don't know for sure.  I know Call of Duty Black Ops on PS360 has it where two people sitting side by side can play online and that's what I think is cool and would like to play a FPS on Wii with that same capability.  If there isn't a title with this now, I would hope that one would become available in the future for the Wii.  I thought that was pretty cool and would enjoy being able to play online and share it at the same time with my kid.

I haven't heard of any. But i am glad you have taken this approach with online co-op. I myself love it way more than split-screen. 

I love 4 player split screen because me and family and friends use it a lot and that's why I want Goldeneye, but this online co-op is equally as fun to me.  I just like using the wiimote for controls much more than the old fashioned controllers.  I just can't play well with the old controllers any more.  It's weird but I'm just not as good with that style anymore.  Love the wiimotes but just feel old now. lol

Got this for Christmas along with Black Ops.  Been so involved with Black Ops online that I haven't unwrapped MH3 yet.  If it has the online co-op, I'll have to give it a try with my kid this weekend and see how it plays.

I just would much rather play with a headset on then have people with me. Its the same thing really, only the whole screen is mine. It makes a huge difference with the screen though. Nothing will beat the days i have had with my friends online in Battlefield/KZ2/uncharted/demons souls lol

The one thing with online co-op that beats the 4 player split screen is that you have way more than just 4 people to shoot.  That's how I see it as fun.  And you are right about having more screen real estate too.

Sorry to dig up an older thread but I can't post a new topic and need help along these lines. I want to know if there are any games other than mario kart that allow more than one person to play online at the same time on the same Wii console. I have been playing Bond with my cousins in Arkansas but they have to take turns. I can't find a list of games like this anywhere. Anyone know any games other than Mario Kart that allow 2 people online simultaneously?
