Without knowing more about Nintendo's strategy I can't say for sure, but I am certain it will be more than $200 (most likely more than $250) and it will be less than $399 (most likely less than $350).
With how successful the XBox 360 and PS3 were with launching at (or above) $400, if Nintendo can develop something "revolutionary" that can redefine gaming I could see them launching a system at $399 with a game; but if Nintendo is producing something much more evolutionary I would expect them to try to launch below $300.
Personally, there are lots of technologies that I think are somewhat interesting and could be applied to videogames and are inexpensive enough to make them practical. Vector graphics based laser projectors, low resolution LCD projectors, cameras, RFID, etc. are all inexpensive enough that $100 to $200 worth of equipment could drastically change how people interact with games; but if Nintendo is putting $200 into hardware beyond the cost of the basic console, I doubt they would sell it for less than $399 because Nintendo doesn't accept losses on hardware that won't be recovered from most people's initial purchases of games or accessories (remember, they did take a loss of roughly $20 on the sale of the Gamecube at launch).
