Ha ha are you being serious? have you seen how much gameplay they have shown of this games, and its already been said the newest trailer showing gameplay, that it was made before the latest graphical update, this game it far from vaporware.....

People talk(s?) as if SE has been developing the game for 5 or 6 years ,that isn't true , the team's been working on many other titles at the same time, the actual progress has started  a year ago or so ( along with other titles too)

Anyways ,I can't understand some people , in another place they're like " it's good" and here " not so good " , just choose a side people ,and stop bringing empty causes like ( 5 years in development or emo ) *sigh*

OP : I'm kinda offended actually :p , of course I will , I got involved in the generation of consoles because of Versus first trailer ( explains the username I guess ).

Most of the dev time is making the engine. So Versus hasn't really been in development since 2003. They probably just started forming ideas for what they wanted the game to be around then.
