I have been playing this game since Kinect launched and everyone seems to love it.  It is great for parties and so much fun.  It makes dance dance revolution look prehistoric.  BEST dance game ever created.  But don't take my word for it, read the reviews below

Since you don't have to use a control or a dance floor to use while you dance (IMO), you are free to dance. Of course Dance Central has the advantage here.

Is Dance Masters really bad?  I hear ton about Dance central and nothing about Dance Masters.  It is well stocked in the US, I always see it next to Dance Central in stores.

Haven't played Dance Central yet, but I have to admit, despite my previous opinion of "Only chav mums who weigh in a region of 15 stone and feed their children nothing but bake beans on toast will be in interested in this shovel of a product" in regards to JD, I was horrified to find myself actually enjoying it at a party. Girls forced us, 4 guys to dance to "I like to move it", which was a good song, so the challenge was accepted.

Dance Dance Revolution X is still the best dancing game on the market. It actually allows two players to play at a time, which is absolutely necessary when it comes to a dancing game in this day and age.

Luckily, I've found a partner to go halvies on the price, but it's staying in my house. Now I don't need to drop $2 a pop on the damn machine at my local arcade, I'll miss the crowds that gather for every battle though. Can't wait to get my dance on!

i enjoy dance central alot, and so does my wife, her friends and family. dance masters is a pretty decent game, just bought that today.
