I've pirated 99% of my game collection, 100% of my music collection and 100% of my app collection. Don't pirate many movies, but I do all the time with anime. Don't plan to stop any time soon

Why do you pirate?

Kinda disgusting to see a mod on the site look to be somewhat bragging about pirating every game ... how does it feel not to have helped the gaming industry at all?

Utterly disgusting.

P.S havn't you owned a PS3 for a long time now? How did you pirate that?

Viewing his profile. He is from Argentina, a poor country with low income. it probably cost him 800$ to buy a ps3. Games are probably 100$ and never ever get a discount. He wouldn't game if there was no piracy. That's how I see it if he is anything like me.

No excuse O_o I can't afford a fast sports car, doesn't mean I'm gonna go out and nick one does it.

WTF? Your fist post is utter crap, see what i did there?

Even though I do own legit copies of all my N64, Gamecube, Wii, PS3, GBA and DS, I won't judge his position. I mean, if its not because of the fact that I can import games from the US with relative ease, I probably would be in the Sony side right now as most people with modded consoles.

With the currency exchange games do cost 100USD, but relatively speaking the real cost of games is about 150-180 USD. Same with hardware. Not only that, the library is limited, and the support is null, why do I have to put a fake US address in order to play online on the PSN.

I get your point, but I do not agree with the sports car example. Gaming should not be a luxury.

lmao "gaming should not be a luxury" it IS a luxury and should be treated that way. If you can't afford something you do not STEAL. Pirates = theif.

I've pirated 1 game, and I'd do it again.
It was lord of the rings: battle for middle-earth 2.

I first bought and enjoyed it. About 1 year later I wanted to play again and it was broken (after I lent it to my nephew). So I downloaded it :).

May the adjustments be with you

I feel a disturbance in the sales

I am playing Fatal Frame 4 in English.

I buy all my games and movies, but not music.

if were adding music, i pirate tons of music just dont care about the music industry and im fine with it

also, there's really no way you can shame a pirate. its a moral choice, and if you choose to take the high ground, your reward is being moral. it;s like stealing from a store, people do it and there is really no way to guilt some one about it. it all comes down to your personal choice of wether you want to do it.

Everyday I'm hustlin'.

Wii and DS owner.

Steam?

Rockstar: Announce Bully 2 already and make gamers proud!

Kojima: Come out with Project S already!

One game. Call of Duty: World at War to see what it was like on PC. But I already owned that game on PS3 so I never felt the slightest bit guilty. Movies, however, are a different story. I lost count long ago.

Only music and iPod Touch "games"

Never full games for 360 or PSP or anything.

Alot of music, but I buy alot too. Reckon once I finish education and get a full time job Ill really make inroads in buying all the music I actually listen to - don't feel guilty for it as I'm fairly sure downloading music has lead me to spending more on the industry lol.

Alot of Movies / TV programs, doubt I'll ever buy them though. I don't really care for movies and would happily live a life without them and most of the tv shows just never air in the UK anyway or take 6 months to do so >_>.

I don't think I've ever pirated a game that was still in print and that I could still buy and have money go to the publisher / developer. Alots of the stuff I pirated was never translated to English either :/. I did pirate some of the new Football manager games, but that because they ripped me for £60 back in the day by releasing unfinished products. Didn't wanna get stung again, and turns out they still have game killing bugs >_>.
