It's not mentioned here, but Ubisoft also picked up a few Japanese localizations (Cubic Ninja and Animal Resort) which are both spring titles.

Ghost Recon Shadow Wars is being headed by the creator of XCom, there's bit of buzz going on about the game. With no Advance Wars / Fire Emblem in sight, I'm mildly interested to see how it turns out.

Hollywood Crimes is a Hotel Dusk-esque adventure game iirc.
