Would this be compatible with US DLC if it releases?

I was going to buy it, but then I thought about how bored I got while playing all the expansions from my new copy of the Fallout 3: Game of the Year Edition and so I think I'll put it off. 

I'd recommend people keep up with Play Asia's weekly sale, I picked up Mafia 2 for $18 last week, Dead Rising 2 a few weeks before and Majin and the Forsaken Kingdom before that, all around $20 each. As an Australian, those prices are fucking ludicrous (good). 

Whether or not it does I decided to buy it.

No. While the PS3 is region free, DLC isn't. Learnt that the hard way with Uncharted 2.

But you can just buy the DLC from the Hong Kong Store (completely in English) for the Asian version...so its no biggie.

yep same here with AC2, that 5 dollars wished away with dlc i cant use. 

i might look at play asia for future ps3 releases like infamous 2 etc
