Forums - Microsoft - Crytek: Xbox-exclusive Kingdoms will push 360 'to its limits'

Good read. I am hyped for this game. Seems they are trying to push out as much as they can. The little talk about kinect is interesting.

It will...

Until the next big budget exclusive does the same thing. And so on...

Que 80s music...

Push it to the limit
Walk along the razor's edge
but don't look down, just keep your head
and you'll be finished

Open up the limit
past the point of no return
You've reached the top but still you gotta learn
how to keep it

etc

Haha was that random or what?

Cool though! I love the '80s.

The description of "incredibly awesome easy to do action" sounds like Ninja Gaiden 2.

If it has the action of NG2 and absolutely zero QTEs, it may well be one of the best action games this gen.

Or it may be Devil May God of Gaiden 2, or not. We'll see.

Or it could be that, with the main focus on technical achievement.

So... add in a Sigma?

Haha, yeah.

Rockstar: Announce Bully 2 already and make gamers proud!

Kojima: Come out with Project S already!

Everything was better in the 80s...

But yeah, that interview could have been summed up with this song.

Even though I wasn't raised in the 80's, I agree. Can't complain about the 90's, though.

Well...given Crytek's track record garnered thus far, they evidently know what they are talking about...I think it's interesting that he said 110%...which coincides with the estimates that Kinect only uses 10-15% of the CPU of the 360....hmmmm.  I take it to mean, we will see a Crytek 2 caliber title in this "special" project.  So, given how Epic has a VERY keen interest in ensuring that Unreal is the premiere engine on the 360, I think we can expect there to be a serious effort put forth by them as well to get something latest edition on the Unreal engine.

Well I'm looking forward to see how they do.

90s were alright too, but a lot of things started to go sour... rock music, gaming, action movies, cars (things i like)...all started to change in the 90s.

By early 2000s it was bad...Arnold and Van Damme couldn't make action movies anymore...and were replaced Tobey Maguire and Nick Cage? wtf?
