You're looking for strengh training by playing a game?...

Just go to the gym man,I'm tired of hearing about people who are too lazy to keep in shape.

hey im in shape lol. i jsut like looking at the stats and seeing improvements...i like numbers (Thats why im here now)

kinect shape: fitness evolved or whatever its called is the one I have and it does indeed track your progression. But if you want the one that is closest to the wii fit, wait till rare or someone does it. Someone who is internal of MS. Wii fit imo was never bested on the wii.

How so, i decided for the strength training workouts for your shape and it told me to use weights on certain exercises. There are plenty of strength workouts if you have weights. 

The issue is they told me in pounds... we dont measure pounds so i had to convert it haha. But I have a dumbbell set so it wasnt as issue for me :)

.. If you are looking for strength training I would suggest joining a gym, a sports team, or buying some free weights. You can't expect videogames to make you strong. It doesn't work that way.

Nothing as good as wii fit yet.  Your shape is effective, but doesn't work well as a party game like wii fit.  I agree that Rare could come up a good one.  I haven't heard about anything in the field being in development though.

I have Wii Fit and Your Shape Fitness Evolved for Kinect. Your Shape is the far better and more intense workout. The balance board really limits the workout.

Mini games = shovelware
