How so, i decided for the strength training workouts for your shape and it told me to use weights on certain exercises. There are plenty of strength workouts if you have weights. 

The issue is they told me in pounds... we dont measure pounds so i had to convert it haha. But I have a dumbbell set so it wasnt as issue for me :)
