i doubt Sony would give a rats ass.. and if they do sue they wouldn't win anyway.. i can imagine if they did try to sue the court room will be laughing there asses off lol

if you look at the ad, the line your body is the controller doesn't have a TM meaning no trade mark. no trade mark, no grounds for a lawsuit. quite simple really.
