I got banned for posting poop on a Wii celebration thread. I mean c'mon!

Lets face it if you drive 13,000 miles a year and I only drive 1,000 a year you are far more likely statistically to have an accident as you have been exposed to more risk. The answer is to post less which would be a shame so I say risk it!

I wasn't trolling on that thread. And I ain't trying to flame. If a moderator makes a serious mistake, isn't the community allowed to at the very least laugh about it?  I'm not even arguing about the moderation being strick, I just lol'd when I noticed it yesterday and remembered the whole controversia about ME2 coming to the PS3 or not.

Usually you consider people to be innocent of a crime until they're proven to be guilty, why not apply the same logic in this situation?

Now please, laugh for a bit so we can all be happy =p

pffttt whatever you big cry baby. I was banned once for being an asshole. Pretty messed up if you ask me and I never got an apology.

Same...I think I've gotten like 3 warnings and 1 ban like 9 months ago.  Pretty much since then, I've realized its just stupid to say some comments, and quite frankly, it has been extremely easy to avoid bans during that time.

Yea, but his 13,000 miles are obviously on a straight road with no intersections in the summer while your 1,000 is clearly on a winding road with .25" of ice in the winter and tons of intersections...who has the statistical advantage now?

Instead of whining, why don't you except that maybe you're trolling and you need to stop.  I've never been banned and many others on the site have either.  It's your fault you were banned, not the mods.
