I hear this a lot, but I have 11x more posts then you and I have never had a problem making my viewpoint known 

Same...I think I've gotten like 3 warnings and 1 ban like 9 months ago.  Pretty much since then, I've realized its just stupid to say some comments, and quite frankly, it has been extremely easy to avoid bans during that time.
