Lets face it if you drive 13,000 miles a year and I only drive 1,000 a year you are far more likely statistically to have an accident as you have been exposed to more risk. The answer is to post less which would be a shame so I say risk it!

Yea, but his 13,000 miles are obviously on a straight road with no intersections in the summer while your 1,000 is clearly on a winding road with .25" of ice in the winter and tons of intersections...who has the statistical advantage now?
