Well waddya know I won the Wii prize. I forgot I even made a prediction. My first winning prediction too. Now that I've got a better record than Pachter can I get a game industry analyst job?

Congrats to the other winners. I pity the fools who predicted PS3>360 or 360>Wii, and the incredible brain explosion that was a PS3>Wii prediction.

Hey I still got 8th with my crazy ps3>360 prediction.  Off by less than 100,000 for wii and ps3 :) and over a million for the 360 :(

i should be spot on with wii if it is 800.000 OT and closer to the 360

Your math looks wrong to me somewhere. You had me 39% or something low on X360, and then X360 was lowered and now I'm 45% off. That doesn't make sense. With the adjustment I was expecting to be more like 30% off.

It's late so my math maybe off, but 2,750,00 to 4,300,000 suggest over 50% no? 30% off would be 3,575k or something.

Maybe I'm doing the wrong sum

Now 16th, climbed 3 positions, and, what's better, my average error dropped under 9%. 

And overall, we grew from 6 to 18 people with average error under 10%, there can only be one sensible explanation: when we wrote on all those Pachter related threads, he transmitted us some of his analyst superpowers!  Tah-dah!   

Edit: or maybe were they sex superpowers from that Sarah Palin breath thread? Mmmmmmm... No, it was after the adjustments, so those superpowers will show up later...  O-) 

Adjustments for the war! Damn 1.6% is a pretty awesome prediction slant wild/educated guess.

Don't count your chickens till the definitive data are out: adjustments are bitches!
