God of War Chains of Olympus and Assassin's Creed
I have to agree with everyone who said assassin´s creed, fortunately they added some variety to the mix in the second one and ended up loving it, and also Afro Samurai....i finished it but the repetiveness overshadowed the cool atmosphere it had.

Progress Quest, but it also happens to be the greatest RPG ever, so it's okay.
arf I've been beaten to it, but when I read the thread title i did think Pong....
Now the most time i've waisted doing repetitive mindless stuff is in WoW... lvl 60 resources gathering for the guild.... I believe this has made me hate repetitive tasks so much that I really can't enjoy hunting down stuff in games anymore.... Achievements do help a little as there is a sense of completion to it... but i'm not gonna spend hours on them.

Many people have spoken the truth...
You can't get a more boring repetitive game than AC I. Soooo boring that even when Rave reviews were released for AC II during November 2009, I did not even think about getting it.
But thank god I got AC II when it was cheaper.
But yeah AC was a major put off.
There's 1 series however that is just plain boring shitfest and that would be the Dynasty Warriors series.

the most repetitve one I played this gen probably is Bladestorm, but I really liked it..
in FFXIII and Infamous however it kinda got to me (in retrospective I feel like I wasted too many hours there), but to be fair I platinumed these games, so I did repeat them more than necessary
