150? I think you mean 649, an MMO having any less than all regions and all current Pokemon would be unacceptable, and there is no way we will see one on the Wii next gen maybe...

edit: actually make that up to 1298 there are  male/female versions of most pokemon now, anyone who thinks that a pokemon MMO would be any less than a WoW sized undertaking and would fit on the Wii is kidding them selves.

that's not much of an MMO they already have 493 3D pokemon in battle revolution... why would they go backwards? 

so by MMO you mean striped down version of battle revolution with online lobbies?

The lesser the better. In NSMB, you couldn't even play as Peach.

I did not realize they already had all 493 (at the time) in Battle revolution. It might not be impossible after all, but getting them all online?

and that is the problem for the Wii Online that and the low amount of system RAM and you have a serious problem for the Wii. The limited storage space for patches would also be a problem. Next gen on the other hand...
