Well with openings that large in the US and Japan, they would have to at least consider more copies.

If they have sold Metroid Prime Trilogy at that price, and included some cool extras, I say that would have sold a hell of a lot better as well.

A flashy-first game is awesome when it comes out. A great-first game is awesome forever.

Plus, just for the hell of it: Kelly Brook at the 2008 BAFTAs

they should, I didnt get it...

I was stupid not to pre-order and get the game.  I wanted a compilation of all the marios anyway.  Hopefully I can get ahold of a reprint.

Most anticipated games of 2011:

Uncharted 3,Legend of Zelda: Skyward Sword, Rocksmith

Modern Warfare 3, Super Mario 3D

And to think the lazy compiliation has already outsold so many "better" games.

Just because Nintendo didn't add polish for the sake of it doesn't make these games any less sublime than they already are.

Why they would even need to consider this is beyond me.

Why you think selling more copies of a hit game is something beyond considering is just silly.

It's selling more copies of a hit game. Your comment is basically the same bad logic that made developers neglect the Wii ("we sold a million copies of RE4 on the Wii. We can't have more of that").

Er, perhaps Kenology means "it's silly to even consider this, just do it already" ...
