Yup, success I'd say

I reckon 3.5 mil LT at the end, with around 300k in Japan!

Speaking of Japan, I wonder who's publishing it there?  Disney could themselves, but there were rumors that Square Enix was interested and I have to imagine Nintendo could even want to handle it themselves...

I'd expect Square-Enix really, they're like Europe's Rising Star, in that they localise ANYTHING from the west. Not a bad thing mind, means more people get to play this awesome game!

While true, that seems to be concentrated mainly on 360/PS3.  I still can't understand why SE hasn't bothered with any of Activision's recent and successful Wii fps (MW Reflex, Blops, Goldeneye) yet they're going for HD stinkers like Blur, Singularity and Bloodstone. :/

So they can pretend there that they have more than three franchises.

A flashy-first game is awesome when it comes out. A great-first game is awesome forever.

Plus, just for the hell of it: Kelly Brook at the 2008 BAFTAs

Suppose, but what franchises do Rising Star even have? I can't think of any, they just localise other stuff...

Here lies the dearly departed Nintendomination Thread.

Same as why they didn't release FF13 on Wii: They just don't like it

They brought over some WiiWare stuff though, like Lost Winds and LIT. Then again, SE seems to favor WiiWare over even XBLA and PSN, so who knows. :/

Maybe it would just be safer to say they're crazy now they've lost Sakaguchi and leave it at that
