Being a detective, I snooped around a little.
The domain is not owned by the NSA, it's owned by some random guy from Utah who probably put a redirect to the NSA website so he could sell his "surviving the New World Order" DVD series (note how every site about the Illuminati has one of these).
To clarify, the NSA is not going to destroy your freedoms with Martial Law. It's a guy from Utah making a lame joke.
