Does NPD take into account special deals on consoles with the montly reports. They report avg sale price of a console, but will they take into account things like the gift cards?

Its libraries that sell systems not a single game.

they dont publically report that info. last month was one of the few times we got it, because for some reason they gave a lot of info to some random podcast.

but my guess is no, gift cards dont count. they will count a ps3 at 299 with 100 gift card as 299.
