Forums - Sales - Best investment in 2010.

Well, I started my gaming year.  Just bought the Ultimate Edition of Dragon Age for 60$.
From what I see, it comes with origins, awakening and all of the DLC's.  I am kind of confident that this will be a good investment.

Grade (hopefully):  A (plus)

Not sure really. I haven't had time to play as much as I would like. The 3 games that are probably my best investiments last year are.

1. Mass Effect 2

2. Red Dead Redemption

3. NBA 2K11

All games that were worth my time. I also enjoyed Fallouit: New Vegas, Fable 3 & SMG2.

Ok...

1. Tales of Vesperia paid $18.41 from Amazon only six hours in but so far its very enjoyable.

2. Assassin's Creed Brotherhood paid $34.99 little over half way through playing it just as enjoyable as the second one, maybe even a little bit better.

3. Dead Rising 2 borrowed it from my younger brother who bought the collectors edition for $89.99.  Beat it numerous times and spend about a day online playing TIR mini games.  Better then the first one even though it had a weaker main character and story line and all the endings a pretty lame.

4. Prince of Perisa the Forgotten Sands paid $19.99 for it but really gor it for free since I bought the game when Target had a buy two get one free sale.  Beat it twice.  Its a lot like POP the Sands of Time but a bit more enjoyable since it  controls are better.

How the HELL did you write the plus sign? how? how? how?????

EDIT: I see it didn't carry over in the quote, but look at your OP, why can't I write "(Plus) "

I don't get why it doesn't work anymore.  Kinda weird.  Let's try it again...

Grade: A (it's there, before I post, will it be after...)

Edit:  No...I have lost the power!!!

1. Super Street Fighter IV for me (forgot the price). It launched with a low price to start with, and I've played this game so much this year it's not even funny.

2. Castle Crashers. Very good game with a low price ($14,99 at PSN).

^EPIC sig bro!

Ok.  So I have just finished the single player campaign in James Bond Blood Stone.  I paid full price for that game and even if I had a really good time, it was not a great investment.  I kind of want to play it again on harder difficulties, but I am pretty sure it will finish in the trade-in pile.

Grade:  B minus.

I realise, doing this thread, that I don't keep a lot of games.  They have to be "epic" in my mind for me to not trade them.  Looking at my collection of 360 games that I have finish or put a lot of time in, their is not a lot there: Batman Arkhan Asylum (simply amazing), Tron Evolution (I must be one of their greatest fanboy), Assassin's Creed Brotherhood (epic).  I will maybe keep New Vegas, but I am not convinced.  Mass Effect 2 maybe?  At least until I can read the text on a decent tv someday.  Dragon age Origins Ultimate Edition seems like a keeper simply because I will put a huge amount of gameplay time on it.  Last one, and I am somewhat ashamed to admit it, is Legends of Wrestling.  I grew up with these guys, so Pure Nostalgia.

That's it!
