Yeah, but I reported your trolling twice already, and if they don't do anything about it, I guess you have some secret lover among the mods...the true stands anyway, you are trolling.

He's saying that Mass Effect 1 and 2 combined makes for a better experience than Mass Effect 1 as a comic and Mass Effect 2 as a game, and if you have the option, playing both games is definitely better. A fair argument against the article in the OP stating that even if you have a 360, buying the PS3 version of Mass Effect 2 is the best option.
He's not trolling. And I reported you for your previous post as well.

Did you not read the OP? It clearly says that the PS3 version is the best:
Mass Effect 2 PS3 review - 93% in GamesMaster
PS3 version is "the best" says mag
Saying it's the best is indicating that out of the 3 versions PC/360/PS3 it is the top choice, which it clearly is NOT. The PC has the full experience available ME1/ME2 and the best graphics out of all the versions, meanwhile the 360 version has the full experience ME1/ME2 and has roughly similar performance on ME2 compared to the PS3 version. That clearly puts the PS3 version as the least desirable option for owners of a capable PC/360/PS3. The ranking for best to not the best would definitely be #1: PC, #2: 360, and #3: PS3.
If you only have a PS3 then so be it, but to say that it is the "best" version is simply fallacy.

Me since the games were revealed, the fanboys since E3."

In this delicate matter of a 360 console exclusive going to PS3 I think we should quietly let it slide that the best version for both is on PC.
Try to be reasonable... its easier than you think...

fans of the 360 ,you are more concerned with the coming of mass effect 2 for the PS3 and the experience that users will have with the ps3 version of the game than ps3 fans, let us people who don´t have a 360 or a good pc enjoy this game ok, i will buy it day one and i tell you this , i will enjoy the game and all the dlc´s and the comic book . it´s time to :

You've missed the point completely. Fans of Mass Effect would like for the PS3 owners to get the full experience of the universe. If you are comfortable with PS3 owners getting the screw job, then that's fine it's your opinion after all. It's reasonable to prefer they get all three chapters of the story instead of cliff notes from ME1 and then starting ME2.

| ClassicGamingWizzz said: you start bashing the ps3 version and IMHO you start the flamewar , if the dude wants to play the ps3 version he have the right to do itwhy you don´t deal with it ? if you love so much your version of the game go play it and stop creating flamewars and impose your ideals!!! |
Do you never feel so passionate about a game that you want people to get the full experience rather that a watered down one? I would recommend that you play Uncharted 1 before Uncharted 2 in any case, even if you're only interested in Uncharted 2. I imagine the same is true for the Mass Effect games, and saying that someone should play both ME1 and ME2 when that someone is asking for advice on the matter is not "starting a flamewar".
Honestly, the whole ME decisions carrying over to ME2 is vastly over-rated in my opinion.
I played Mass Effect on X360, and then a year or so later on PC.
I then played Mass Effect 2 on PC without using any save files.
The decisions you made in Mass Effect make a negligible impact on Mass Effect 2. It's essentially the same story with the same outcomes regardless of the decisions you made in ME.
However, I think the decision you make at at the end of ME2 will have a large impact on ME3.
Anyway, ME is still my favourite of the series and it's one of those games that you need to play while you are still naive about the story to get the full experience.
my PC version of mas effect 2 , my two Ati Sapphire 4850 in crossfire,my i7 and my 4 gb ddr3 ..says hello........ ¡¡¡¡¡¡ .

Ill be getting this version of the game, and I dont care that I dont have the damn save files from the first one. Im not spending money on another console or PC rig to get one bloody game, its not worth it.
This was a good thread. I should have known a couple of knuckleheads would come in here and muck it up. It seems that you can't have a nice civil discussion without someone coming in and destroying it.
