When I come back from the future and return to Hyrule castle as a kid. Link stands on the courtyard gazing at Zelda while she was spying through the windows. Then, she turned around and gazed at him too. The say nothing. 'Do they know each other now? Did everything happen as they expected? There is no dialogue. All the colours on the screen becomes grayscale and in the middle appear two words:

                                  GAME   OVER

Then the only answer you get is that probably you have just finished the best game ever created in the world and that you will remember it for years.

Yeah, I was right, it has been 12 years and still remember Ocarina of Time.

amen to that. OOT literally impacted my life, as cheezy/nerdy as that sounds. I can honestly say OOT Link was the first and really ONLY role model I ever had. Yeah I said it, a fictional videogame character was my role model =)

Happy moments:

Streets of Rage 2 (Sega Genesis): I remember getting this for Christmas and I was only a child but I still remember that day. I was totally blown away by the graphics, music and arcade-like gameplay. Just wow, I was trembling as I played!

Final Fantasy VII (Sony PlayStation): I was blown away when I first left Midgar and could walk around the map in that green grass, catch my first Chocobo and be so scared of the snake on the sand area... all listening to the awesome world map theme.

Street Fighter Alpha 2 (Sega Saturn): This game was so perfect in so many ways. The music on the Sega Saturn version was vastly superior to the PlayStation and Arcade versions.

Diablo 2 (PC): Fighting Diablo for the first time in Act 4 was really epic. The first game I actively played online, and it was a blast.

Sad moments:

Final Fantasy VII (Sony PlayStation): Aeris scene...

Phantasy Star IV (Sega Genesis): Alys scene.
