Some of us actually go outside or to the gym to get our exercise.  Or at home for that matter.  In fact, I was lifting weights when I was in high school at my mom's before the SNES was born.

I think Kinect is entertaining cardio. Unless there is something amusing on the TV, good luck finding that at a gym.

People wouldn't be going to the gym and going outside if it weren't worth it.  As a mater of fact, it is because it's happening if I understand your "logic."
