A stealth bundle is a dirty tactic used by Sony when a game cannot sell enough units to make respectable profits. Sony knows this is the case about GT5, so they try to sneak in a low-key bundle to trick themselves into believing it actually sold more (hence the term "stealth"). Sony doesn't care how GT5 sells, they only care that it sells a lot, even if some are given away for free. Whenever Sony has a meeting, everyone pretends GT5 sold those copies all by itself, knowingly ignoring the fact that it didn't, all so they can be happy. This is the purpose of a stealth bundle.


I can confirm this and there is even more. Sony is sending free copies of the game like AOL CDs. I have more than 20 copies and all are being tracked as real sales. Stealthy bastards.

Well the more GT5 sells will not keep haters silent

Haters, by nature, are haters. Haters hate before they have anything to back up their hate. So no information that comes out will ever change a haters hate

No one knows for sure where haters came from. We don't know how they reproduce. We don't who leads them. What we do know is they will soon use the power of the CLOUD. Making haters... 40,000 times more powerful

Great sales from GT5 is must be said, should hopefully be around 11mill by the end of this year (depending on how much GT6 cuts gt5 short but I'd expect gt5 to be somewhere around 10.7m buy the time gt6 hits and we may get some sequel boost) and should end around 12mill I think guaranteed to be the 3rd best selling GT (on the lowest install base) and a good chance to grab 2nd.

Hopefully GT6's opening 10 weeks are 6-7mill as I don't see it having the sort of legs other gt's have due to the age of the console and next gen, this is assuming that we don't get a ps4 special edition after a year with spec 2.0 update and all the DLC, if so I predict 15mill total sales for GT6
